Common problems in the acceptance of smoke control and air conditioning ventilation systems

1. The smoke exhaust volume of the mechanical smoke exhaust system is small, and the positive pressure air supply volume of the mechanical smoke control system is small

2. The smoke control staircases and shared antechambers of high-rise buildings that do not have natural smoke exhaust conditions are not equipped with mechanical smoke control facilities

18. The smoke control staircase and the shared front room share the same pressurized air supply system, There is no automatic differential pressure regulating device on the branch air duct leading to the shared front room

19. The design position of smoke control fan is improper

20. The suction inlet of the mechanical pressurized air supply system is not equipped with a check valve or an electric valve interlocked with the fan

21. Non combustible materials are not used in the air duct insulation materials within 2m of the ventilation and air conditioning system passing through the firewall and deformation joint

22. The control room cannot display the working state of the fire damper of the ventilation and air conditioning system, and the technical indicators of food contact materials in the new national standard require that the linked fire damper can be closed
